TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Preparation of Vehicle for Service
    Customers are required to remove all personal items, belongings, and trash from the vehicle prior to the scheduled service. Halo Detail Co. will not be responsible for any personal items left within the vehicle.

  2. Selection of Services
    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct services are selected and discussed in person with one of our "Spartans" at the time of appointment. Once a detailing service has commenced, no changes, including downgrades to the selected services, may be made. If the customer wishes to add additional services, they must consult with their assigned "Spartan" to determine if such services can be accommodated within the scheduled time frame.

  3. Items in the Vehicle
    Halo Detail Co. will not detail areas that are obstructed by personal items or clutter. Any items left in or under seats, or in areas that are typically part of the service, will be deemed as trash and will be discarded. Halo Detail Co. and its "Spartans" are not responsible for the removal or handling of biohazard materials.

  4. Service Area Requirements
    The area in which the service is performed must be clear of clutter and accessible. If the detailing service is conducted outdoors, the customer is advised to ensure the location is free from trees, dust, and falling debris. Ideally, the service should take place in a shaded, covered, or garage space that allows for full access to the vehicle.
    Weather Conditions: Detailing will not be performed in temperatures below 40°F (4°C) due to the inability to properly clean the vehicle in such conditions. In such cases, the service will be rescheduled. If paint work, waxing, or buffing is required, the vehicle must be placed in a shaded or covered area.

  5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid any fees. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in a late cancellation fee of $50.00.

  6. Payment Terms
    Full payment for all selected and agreed-upon services must be made prior to the commencement of service, at the location where the service will be performed. Failure to pay in full will result in the cancellation of the appointment and will be considered a late cancellation. In such cases, the customer will be required to pay the $50.00 cancellation fee for the travel costs incurred by the "Spartan."

  7. Additional Fees for Vehicle Condition
    Additional fees may be assessed if the vehicle has been used by children or pets, as such conditions often result in increased cleaning requirements.

  8. Acknowledgment of Vehicle Condition
    The customer acknowledges that they are aware of the existing condition of their vehicle prior to service, including but not limited to scratches, stains, discoloration, damage to parts or paint, rust, and mechanical or drivability issues.
    Note: Photographs of the vehicle will be taken prior to the start of any detailing services. Halo Detail Co. and its "Spartans" are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or any conditions noted above.

  9. Lost or Misplaced Items
    Halo Detail Co. is not responsible for any personal items that may be lost, misplaced, or damaged during the detailing service. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all valuables are removed from the vehicle before service.

  10. Limitation of Liability
    Halo Detail Co. is a privately owned business that is not currently accredited or structured as an LLC. Halo Detail Co. is not affiliated with any other business and assumes no responsibility for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the services provided, except to the extent permitted by law.
