How long can a service take?
Depending upon which services are selected by customers, The service can take any where from 30 minutes to 6 hours. Please inquire with your spartan for clarification.
When is payment due?
As stated in our disclaimer in the Terms of Service tab,
Full payment for all selected and agreed-upon services must be made prior to the commencement of service, at the location where the service will be performed. Failure to pay in full will result in the cancellation of the appointment and will be considered a late cancellation. In such cases, the customer will be required to pay the $50.00 cancellation fee for the travel costs incurred by the "Spartan."
what if i need to cancel/reschedule?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid any fees. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in a late cancellation fee of $50.00
Can i get a refund?
There is absolutely no re-imbursement of funds after a service has been completed based solely on the fact that this is a service performed based job, if you have questions or concerns with your spartan please address them during your service
What if something was damaged or broken during my service?

Halo Detail Co. is a privately owned business that is not currently accredited or structured as an LLC. Halo Detail Co. is not affiliated with any other business and assumes no responsibility for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the services provided, except to the extent permitted by law. Photos are always taken prior to performing a service and documentation of broken items. All personal items MUST be removed prior to starting service. Additional fees may be assessed if the vehicle has been used by children or pets, as such conditions often result in increased cleaning requirements.
What conditions are needed to detail my vehicle?
Service Area Requirements:
The area in which the service is performed must be clear of clutter and accessible allowing all doors to be opened. If the detailing service is conducted outdoors, the customer is advised to ensure the location is free from trees, dust, and falling debris. Ideally, the service should take place in a shaded, covered, or garage space that allows for full access to the vehicle.
Weather Conditions:
Detailing will not be performed in temperatures below 40°F (4°C) due to the inability to properly clean the vehicle in such conditions. In such cases, the service will be rescheduled. If paint work, waxing, or buffing is required, the vehicle must be placed in a shaded or covered area that is at a proper temperature.
Can i Tip the individual performing my service?
Yes! Tips are always welcomed for our Spartans during a service, Although they are appreciated we never expect or ask for tips directly.
